The bottom line is that we can always change the shipping address as long the order isn't hipped out yet.
Change Shipping Address
Make sure the order isn't shipped out yet.
Update the shipping address on the Shopify page.
Once the address is updated, inform the FT team about the update.
What if the customer needs to change the shipping address but the item is already in Transit?
The customer has 3 options.
He can contact the courier (FedEx or DHL) and redirect the package to a different delivery address. But the customer might be charged for this request.
He can contact the courier to hold the package in the local facility so he can pick up the item himself.
He can ask someone from the old address to receive the package on his behalf.
