A few steps in checking the status of an order.
Go to Airtable and check the ADMIN NOTES.
Approved to Order - confirmed and validated. Proceed to no. 2
To Contact - some order specifications need to be confirmed. Click here for the REACH OUT GUIDELINE.
2. If it says "Approved to Order" under Admin Notes, check if the order is still within the 3-4 weeks lead-time.
Within leadtime - Inform the customer the order is still being produced and will be shipped shortly.
Beyond Lead Time - Could be 2 reasons. Supplier missed producing the LED sign or unsettled invoice.
Missed to Produce - Ask the Fulfillment Team to push the order to production and prioritize.
Unsettled Invoices - Check if the photo/video of the sign has been uploaded. Send it to the customer to give him/her assurance the sign has been produced. Advise the customer that the item will be shipped shortly.
For unsettled invoices normally, the piece has been produced but the supplier is just waiting for the complete payment to arrange the shipment. In this case, you can
What is an Express Production? (Currently not offered)
The customer can add the Express Production Option for £59.00 if he wishes to get his order prioritized in production. With this option, the production is expected to be completed 1 week faster.
Standard Lead-Time -------- 3-4 weeks
With Express Production ----- 2-3 weeks
If the customer pays for the Express Production but the order goes beyond 3 weeks, we offer to refund the amount paid for this option.
What is an Express Shipping? (Currently not offered)
Note that Express shipping only expedites the shipment but not the production. With the Express Production fee, the item is expected to be delivered in 1-2 days upon dispatch.
