Types of Promo Codes
1. Promo codes being sent to the customers via email or SMS
2. Promo codes being offered on the NeonBeach website
3. Promo codes being offered by the Marketing Team
NOTE: Only 1 promo/discount code can be applied per order. Most of the time, the website automatically applies the current discount being offered. Some customers are not able to apply their preferred discount code. In this case, we may manually apply their own discount code by creating a draft order.
BEFORE CREATING A DRAFT ORDER
Make sure to check the validity of the promo code. Ask for the screenshot of the email or SMS showing the full description of the promo/discount.
Inform the customer that you can only apply 1 promo/discount code.
CAN A PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED RETROACTIVELY?
Ideally, all codes should be applied during the checkout. But if the customer fails to do so, we can apply the code reactively as long as the code is still active/valid when the customer reaches out. We can process this by manually refunding the amount through Shopify.
