We process all refunds either through Shopify ( for orders placed online) or a manual refund for bank transfers.

REFUNDING A PAYMENT MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER
Payments made via bank transfer can't be refunded through Shopify. It has to be refunded by our Finance Team.
