Although the supplier has its own quality control team, we still receive different product concerns from the customers. In order to mitigate these problems, the supplier and NB team agreed on the following Quality Control Steps.

STEP 1: After the product is produced, the supplier takes photos/videos and uploads them on a shared Google Drive.

Single-Color Sign -- A PHOTO is to be uploaded

Multi-Color and Full-Color Sign -- a VIDEO has to be uploaded

To help the NB Team to capture any product issues, the supplier must take 3 photos of the produced LED sign:

a. A photo of the sign (plugged) showing the actual color of the LED sign

b. A photo of the sign (unplugged) showing its LED strips and backing.

STEP 2: The NB Fulfilment Team carefully checks each uploaded photo/video.

STEP 3a: If the team captures an issue with the product, they inform the supplier via slack about it. The supplier then decides whether to fix the existing product or completely replace it.

STEP 3b: If the team doesn't see any issue with the product, they inform the supplier and allow them to arrange a shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• This quality control procedure has massively decreased the number of reported product issues in the last few months but this doesn't guarantee 0% product complaints. Some issues may arise during or after shipment.

• In case that the NB Fulfilment team fails to capture the product issue and the item is received, this doesn't make NB automatically at fault. Note that this quality control procedure has been set to help lessen the number of complaints. We still follow the standard REPLACEMENT PROCESS and identify whether it's an NB or Supplier's Fault.

• With this quality control procedure, the team may NOT be able to capture the following product issues:
