NeonBeach regularly sends out promotional campaigns via e-mail or SMS to customers who visit the website and leave their contact information. However, some customers contact the Support Team requesting to be removed from our marketing list.
If the customer reaches out and asks to be removed from our marketing list, follow the steps below.
Instruct the customer how to opt out on his end.
Suggested Macro: OI | MARKETING OPT-OUT
If the customer claims the steps aren't working, proceed to 2
Search the email address on Shopify. Select the customer's information.
At the lower right part, there is an EMAIL MARKETING option. Click on it and edit the status.
