Orders that are tagged as HIGH RISK in Shopify are suspected to be fraudulent orders. These orders will be CANCELLED automatically.
Customers only get a notification of the cancellation but with no further explanation. So most likely, these customers will contact the Support Team to get clarification.

Could you confirm that you've entered the credit card information as how they exactly appear on your bank account? If you've made a mistake, you can place a new one and make sure you enter the correct information this time. It's also recommended to use another payment method if you have any.
You may also contact your bank and check if your account isn't compromised.
A refund has also been processed and normally takes 3-5 banking days to reflect on your account.
