This spreadsheet was created with help from Rachel Jones to record student performance on FitnessGram standards. Fitness testing measures the components of health related fitness which are muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body mass index, and cardiovascular endurance. The assessment informs students of strengths or indicates that they are in the "Healthy Fitness Zone," and also provides suggestions regarding areas for improvement. In the days to come, I will transfer and document student performance into the spreadsheet, submit it to the district testing coordinator, and then it will be turned over to the Texas Education Agency.
