I’ve been on the mat since elementary school here in the Annapolis Valley—through high school, back into the sport in university, and then into coaching. I’ve had the privilege of coaching in Taipei, Taiwan at Kang Chiao International School, and here at home with teams at Digby Regional High School, Horton High School (HHS), and now Northeast Kings Education Centre (NKEC).

Wrestling has shaped my life for over 20 years. I’m proud to build something strong at NKEC. Tough, disciplined, and united: we are growing our athletes on and off the mat.
