With a fantastic base of soccer in the area, the NKEC soccer programs have flourished over the years with both girls and boys teams competing at the provincial level. A lot of the players have found familiarity with the coaches at NKEC through their indoor and summer programs.

Every year a big number of students get involved with school soccer. It is a fantastic way to start your athletic career or school year getting involved with one of the many teams.

NKEC is proud to have many current and former university and AAA players involved with the programs, helping students develop their skills on and off the field.

The senior boys will once again be under the experienced and watchful eye of Troy Lenihan. Building on the previous years successes the senior boys look to play a competitive schedule with the goal to make the Provincial Championships this Fall.

Junior Girls Soccer

The 2022 NKEC Junior girls will be coached this season by Ian Campbell and Theresa Lutz. This young team is developing their skills on the field and will be an athletic and energetic team watch.

Soccer is a great sport to get outside and be active as the weather turns for the worse. We hope that all interested girls in grades 6-8 tryout for the team this year to work on skills and have some fun in the fall!

Junior Boys Soccer

For the second season in a row Andy Field and Kathleen Milligan will be coaching the Jr. Boys soccer team. After a strong showing last year, the boys look forward to another competitive season at the middle school level.
