2024/25 Senior Girls Hockey Team

After another successful season of growth, the Sr. Girls hockey team will be looking to get back on the ice for the 2023/24 season. 

The girls program has been growing over the past few years and we encourage all girls interested in playing to come out and see what it's all about. Tryouts typically start during the early part of October along with some dry land conditioning.

With a fantastic coaching staff returning the girls and coaches are very excited to be getting their season under way.

HORTON TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS 2025

The Sr. Boys hockey team at NKEC  have a strong tradition of icing a competitive team and being a group of student athletes that represent the school in a positive light both on and off the ice. Being a part of the Sr. Boys hockey team can be very demanding as players are on the ice 4-5 times a week for  a 24 week period.  But, it is very common when the season comes to an end that the student athletes feel very good about what they have accomplished both as individuals and as a team. 

The hockey season runs from mid September,  and concludes in February.

Tryouts begin late September  and the regular season begins late on in  October. Regionals and Provincials will be played the last weekends in February. The Titans also host the annual Art Lightfoot Hockey Tournament the first weekend of February in Kentville. The tournament usually consists of mostly division one teams  from both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. We look forward to seeing you at the arena.
