GOOGLE READ&WRITE 

• Read&Write is a Google chrome extension 

• It can be accessed on all student Chromebooks

• It is a toolbar that allows students to use features such as: text to speech, speech to text and word prediction

• This tool allows students to become independent with reading and writing

TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION

• Google has many apps and extensions to support both teachers and students
  (e.g., Google Classroom, Google Slides, Google JamBoard, Google Meet) 

• Each Regional Centre for Education has Approved Digital Resources

• To support innovative learning in our classrooms, there is a "Technology Kit Lending Library" available to teachers
