The Year 4 Assembly was held on Friday, 23 January, under the theme “The 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children.” This assembly was designed with a refreshed and engaging approach, emphasizing student participation and active interaction with the audience.
During the assembly, students presented the program in an interactive format, encouraging the audience to take part in discussions and simple activities. This approach supported deeper understanding of the messages delivered and promoted their application in everyday life. The assembly aimed to inspire the entire school community to take collective action in fostering learners who are principled, knowledgeable, balanced, and healthy, in line with the school’s character education goals.
Through their presentation, students emphasized the importance of adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle based on the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, which include:
Waking Up Early, to develop self-discipline, responsibility, and readiness for learning.
Praying/Worshipping, to strengthen spiritual awareness, moral values, and a sense of purpose.
Exercising Regularly, to support physical and mental well-being and promote a balanced lifestyle.
Eating Healthy, by making informed choices to meet nutritional needs for optimal growth and development.
Loving to Learn, by nurturing curiosity, reflection, and a lifelong love of learning.
Being Socially Responsible, by demonstrating empathy, cooperation, respect, and active participation in the community.
v to maintain overall well-being and support effective learning.
Through this Assembly, students were encouraged to reflect on their daily habits and make positive choices that contribute to personal growth and community well-being. It is hoped that all members of the school community will consistently apply these habits as part of developing strong character, holistic growth, and global-minded learners.
