It is always important to talk about wellbeing, but in a time of a global crisis, it becomes an essential component of how we continue to function and be successful.
Our weekly wellbeing vlogs, and the accompanying student wellbeing house challenges, are designed to not only promote the importance of wellbeing, but also for us to consider practical strategies that we can all apply in order to stay well.
Each week we feature a guest vlogger and their top tip for wellbeing. Weekly wellbeing vlogs are published, every Monday, via our GJS Facebook and Instagram account.
Wellbeing is important - let's talk about it.
