Jessica Lee Hughes

Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Sports Science at the University of Wales, Bangor and is currently a Masters Student in Sport Health and PE. Jessica is hoping to continue her studies by completing a PhD in further sports research.

A keen yoga enthusiast, in her spare time Jessica also takes part in a range of sports including mountaineering, crossfit training and cycling.

"Sport carries many benefits when it comes to periods. For myself, when I am suffering from cramps and a really bad mood, a yoga session of 45 minutes of just stretching and relaxation gets rid of all those cramps and I come out as a happier, healthier person."
