With someone at home, see if you can remember any words with or sound in them.

In your home learning book or on a piece of paper have a go at writing the following words as they are read to you by an adult. Remember to use robot arms to segment each sound in the word e.g. "f-or-k...fork"

Don't forget to pick up your pencil and flick it back so you have a good grip. There is an image below to help you remember.

When we are writing a sentence, what goes at the beginning?...a capital letter. And what goes at the end?... a full stop. We don't want our words to be too squished, so we need...finger spaces.

As different class members are working on different sounds due to starting at GES at different times of the year, please find the relevant box below for your child.
