Can you name some of the 3D shapes?

What properties do you notice?

Can you use the following words: flat, curved, face, edge, vertices (corners)

e.g. What shapes can you see on the flat faces? How many straight edges can you see? How many vertices are there?

Can you find any objects around the house that are the same as theses shapes? They might be different sizes or colours. The powerpoint below might help you.
