The QM/BC Support Team is the main point of contact for our quizmasters and bingo callers for most issues. If you only remember one email address, make it this one: qmsupport@geekswhodrink.com. The Support Team office hours are 8am - 5pm MT. If you experience an issue at or on your way to quiz outside of those hours, please email the Support email.
The QM/BC Support Team is made up of:
Recruiting and Training: The initial point of contact for new and returning QMs and BCs while they're in the training or retraining process.
Pub Quiz Operations: The managers for our quizmasters/bingo callers and venues. They're your main point of contact for substitutions, cancellations, and pretty much everything else after you've completed training or retraining as a quizmaster or bingo caller.
Stefani Thomas is the Director of Operations and is the main point of contact for all multi-location corporate clients, e.g. Dave & Buster's.
