Printable assets to laminate and re-use at your events. These assist players and teams with their registration.

Print two of these, get them laminated, and bring 'em with you everywhere you host. You'll also want a dry-erase or wet-erase marker so that you can write the Player Code down. We'll reimburse you for the printing and laminating costs up to $20, just remember to keep your receipts and fill out the reimbursement form.

Download this zip file for 4 and 8 second silence clips to use as buffers between your audio clues. 

Counting Clips

The downloadable files below let you set up your R2 so that you can keep your hands in Risio while the playlist runs itself. Meant for use in conjunction with the silence clips.

Take a listen to each of them to see which ones work best for you. For more info on setting up R2, go here. 

If you're hosting the GWD, SBT, or DNB quizzes, you'll need a media player other than Spotify to run R2 or your audio clues. Trust us.

Here's a couple of places to download a media player, as well as our notes on each option. 

iTunes for Windows

We recommend iTunes as the media player for your audio clues in Windows.
Apple Music technically works on a PC but it doesn't let you re-order songs in a playlist. 

iTunes for Mac

Macs should come standard with Apple Music and let you organize your playlist but here's an iTunes link, just in case.

VLC Media Player

VLC can take a bit of getting used to when it comes to making playlists but many of our QMs find it to be an easy option.
