HELP! My sound isn't working!

Preparing the Quiz FAQ

The quiz materials in Google Drive have the wrong date. What do I do? ANSWER: If it's after 2pm ET the day before your quiz, email qmsupport@geekswhodrink.com. Otherwise, wait a bit.
What do I do if a word isn't on the pronunciation guide? ANSWER: Google it.
Do I have to make a R2 playlist? It seems like a lot of work. (GWD ONLY)

What do I do if a team forgot to click "Submit" before I locked the round? (GWD / SBT / DNB)
Team scores aren't showing up! What do I do?? ANSWER: You probably clicked the wrong button. Click "Prev R" and then "Next" (NOT NEXT R) to score.
What do I do about cheating? (GWD / SBT / DNB)
A team left the venue but they're still playing in DAS. What do I do? (GWD / SBT / DNB)
Will refreshing Risio mid-quiz reset the game? ANSWER: No. If something's borked, a refresh will probably fix it.
Can quizzers refresh while playing? ANSWER: Yes, but carefully. They need to NOT be incognito mode, and they'll need to reconnect using the same phone and browser.
When do I take pictures? What if someone doesn't want their picture taken?
I had to pay for my own food. Can I get reimbursed? ANSWER: Yes, just keep your receipt and fill out a reimbursement request.
The venue doesn't want to hand out the right prizes. What do I do? (GWD / SBT / DNB)

DAS FAQ

The "Show Interstitial" checkbox is greyed out. How do I fix that? ANSWER: Just refresh your browser, it'll fix itself.
Can other players on the same team see questions on their own device? ANSWER: Yep, if they log in and click "Just Watch"
Why do answers containing numbers look weird? ANSWER: DAS converts numbers to words. Don't freak out, the players still see numbers. Just be careful when checking answers!
Is the digital answer system dropping words from submitted answer? ANSWER: Yes. DAS probably scored it the right way, but you can always click on "By Player" to see what the team actually submitted
A player wants to know if their submission went through. How do I check that? ANSWER: Expand the "Who's Missing?" field in DAS. If their name isn't there, they're good to go!
How can I tell if a team used their Joker already? (GWD only) ANSWER: On the Scores and Standings tab, there will be a small (x2) next to their base score if a Joker has been applied.
What if a team forgets to use their Joker on the last round? (GWD only) ANSWER: No worries! DAS will automatically apply a joker on Round 7 if it has not been manually applied.
How do I change my display name in DAS? ANSWER: Your display name is not public facing, but if for any reason you'd like to change it, scroll down to the bottom of this page for instructions.

Updating your information in Risio/DAS

If for any reason you need to change your name in DAS, it's very simple:

Step 1: Click on "My Details"

Step 2: Click "Edit Name"

Step 3: Edit your information and click "Save"

If you need to change your password in DAS, it's also super simple!

Step 1: Click on "My Details"

Step 2: Click on "Change P/W"

Step 3: Update your information and click "Save"
