Intro to Music

Hello Students and Families!

My name is Alicia Stevenson and I am so excited to be making music with you this year! We will be listening to and analyzing many different genres of music and learning how to create our own music using websites such as Soundtrap! (Find the link below!)

I love creating music! I play many instruments, including the clarinet, saxophone, flute, violin and viola.

I am also an enthnomusicologist and have studied the music (drumming and dance) of Southeastern Ghana! Check out the pictures from my travels!

Let me tell you a little about my family. I have a husband Dan, three daughters, Grace, Izzy, and Emma. My cat Frank, and shihtzu puppy Baxter are best friends!
