During this semester-long course, students will discover the habits of the body that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Students will measure their current fitness levels, explore different components of fitness, and learn how to set up a proper warm-up, cool down, and weekly workout that is geared towards their own personal preferences. During their fitness journey, students will learn the importance of strength, endurance, and lifetime fitness training.
