This is a semester-long course that focuses on all dimensions of Health and Wellness. Students will discuss factors that can influence their health and wellness, particularly individual behaviors. Students will participate in assorted assessments (including self-assessments) that will help to provide information and knowledge about their health and wellness behaviors.
