Healthy foods- fruit and vegetables, brown rice, brown bread, nuts, seeds.
Unhealthy foods- fizzy drinks, sugary, crisps, chocolate.
Sleep, exercise and meditation are really important for us to stay healthy.
Good hygiene includes brushing our teeth and cleaning ourselves.
Doing regular exercise will help us all feel great and keep our bodies strong!
Our hearts need to be kept active and pumping.
We should be eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day (Most of these should be vegetables)
It’s acceptable to eat unhealthy food sometimes, just not all of the time.
Some meat can be good for us, but only in small amounts
Red meats (beef, lamb, pork etc.) and processed meats are not good for us.
