When you check in (1/2 hour prior to the test), you will be assigned a locker where you will be asked to lock up your belongings.
Testing fee is $89, plus a PurplePass handling fee.
All testing is online; therefore, you may take any test at any location and time. Once you have found the correct date and time, click onto the hyperlinked date. It will take you to the appropriate PurplePass ticket. Once you have completed your order, you will receive email confirmation from PurplePass. Bring a copy of the email receipt with you, along with appropriate photo identification, when you check in to test.
All tests are given in the 2017 ABC Edition. It is advised that you look at the NEED TO KNOW materials that are found HERE.

You are not allowed to use your own calculator during testing. It is GateWay Testing Center policy that they will provide official non-programmable calculators for testing.
Report to the GateWay testing Center at 9:30 am to give you time to get settled and to use the bathroom. At 9:50 am all testers are checked in so that everyone may start at the same time.
If you find that you need to change your test date and/or your test type, contact Maggie at operatorcert@gmail.com as quickly as possible. She will be able to either make the changes prior to your test or she may suggest that you request a test type change with the proctor on the day of the test.

STUDYING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VICINITY OF THE TESTING ROOM AT GATEWAY.
BATHROOM POLICY: Testers are NOT allowed to use the bathroom facilities while taking the exam. Therefore, be sure to use the facility prior to testing.
The only exception is for testers with frequent urination/bladder continence issues. If you have bladder issues, you will be allowed to use the bathroom... BUT ONLY if you provide a doctor's note to the proctors. Further, the bathrooms will be checked before and after you are done and if anything is found it will be reported and you will not be allowed to finish your exam.

NO SHOW POLICY!!!
If you purchase a ticket and DO NOT show up for your test, your ticket WILL NOT be rescheduled. You will lose your ticket. Instead, you must purchase a new ticket for the next test. The only exception to this rule is if you have contacted Maggie prior to the test with your excuse for not showing (or if you contact her quickly within a day after the test, if there was an emergency), and she will reschedule your test. Only Maggie can reschedule your test. Staff at PurplePass CANNOT reschedule. Proctors cannot reschedule. If you need to have your test rescheduled, contact Maggie at operatorcert@gmail.com

Our summer schedule will run in mid-July through August. Testing will be conducted only in the Phoenix area at that time: GateWay-Phoenix, Surprise, Glendale, and Gilbert. The dates/locations will be posted in early July.
Our Fall testing schedule will begin in September and the dates/locations will be published on this website in late July.
