Clinical Practicum (DNP Scholarly Project Implementation):
Please send to Soo Kwon, your Clinical Mentor's name, email address, and CV.


SON Sonnet Email:
Please ensure that you activate and frequently check your @sonnet.ucla.edu email so that you can receive email communications from the School of Nursing faculty and staff.


Written Qualifying Exam:
The Written Qualifying Exam instructions are posted here. Video recording of the Town Hall is also posted. Written Qualifying Exam submission deadline: October 2, 2022)


Oral Qualifying Exam (Oral Proposal Defense):
The deadline to perform your Oral Qualifying Exam is December 1, 2022. Instructions and guidelines available here.


Advancement to Candidacy:
Once you complete your Oral Qualifying Exam, reach out to Soo Kwon (skwon@sonnet.ucla.edu) so that she can file your Advancement to Candidacy form with Graduate Division.


Professional Liability Insurance:

All students must have Professional Liability Insurance coverage in order to start implementation of your projects. Please enroll yourself into the insurance coverage to start no later than October 31, 2022. Hospitals require for me to show proof of your insurance coverage before your project can start.
