Public Service Endorsement is a curriculum path that allows students to focus on courses related to the public service field, including education and government. These pathways provide multiple ways to earn a Public Service endorsement. If you are willing to serve others in a multitude of areas including medicine, law enforcement, and education, you will thrive in the Public Service endorsement course.
Hays CISD students must earn the required 26 credits for graduation which includes a sequence or 4 credits from a chosen program of study to meet the endorsement requirement. An endorsement requires a coherent sequence of courses for four or more credits that consists of at least two courses in the same career cluster and at least one advanced CTE course.
