Can My Student Make Changes to their Course Selections?

Yes! Students course selections will be available to view in the student portal during each of the dates below. Any changes that are made will not automatically update. Any changes will be visible in the portal prior to the next verification window.

Students will make changes through a google form during the verification windows below.

Course Selection Procedures for the 2025-2026 School Year

Current JHS Students: Rising 9-12th graders

January: Information is being pushed out to students through Home Room Presentations
January 15th: Parent Night at JHS
January 21st-7th February: Counselors visit classrooms to present information about course selection
February 21st: Deadline for courses to be entered into Schoolinks

How Will My Student Select Courses?

Course Selection Process

Students will complete a practice sheet specific to their grade level
Students will use this as a guide while they enter their courses into Schoolinks
Counselors will make 2 attempts to contact the students who don't complete the course selection in Schoolinks, if the student does not respond via email or phone, then the counselor will select the courses the student needs. Students may then make changes via the verification windows.

What if I need help?

Counselors have created a google form for questions for students and parents. Counselors will respond to your question and you will receive an email response.
