Transcript Request

JHS Transcript Request Information

  • Important: If the transcript is for someone over the age of 18, privacy laws require the request come directly from that student. Also, we can't process requests that are from any third party company that is not an educational institution.

  • Allow 48 hours for the processing of your request. Transcripts that are not picked up after two weeks will be shredded and will need to be requested again.

  • Not completing the form correctly will delay your transcript request from being completed.


Checklist prior to requesting a transcript:

  1. Have you already completed your application to the school you wish to receive your transcript? If not and you don't have an application on file, your transcript may not be accepted.

  2. Be sure you have the correct address for your school or schools.
