本プログラムの目的

Goals of this program

21世紀においては「量子科学技術」が、量子物理、量子化学や量子生命科学といった基礎的な学問領域を強固に固めつつ、それらを越えて社会実装を明確に意識した工学に展開するという視点から、社会を大きく変革することが期待されている。このことから、量子科学技術を自在に使いこなす量子ネイティブの教育や速やかな社会実装を可能とする適切なキャリアパス支援が喫緊の課題である。本フェローシップ制度では、量子科学から量子技術まで広く俯瞰できる研究教育プログラムを展開するとともにキャリアパス支援プログラムを提供することで、幅広い量子科学技術に精通し、速やかな社会実装を通じてSDGsやグローバル・コモンズに適合する課題を解決する人材育成を行う。

In the 21st century, quantum science and technology will firmly solidify basic academic fields such as quantum physics, quantum chemistry, and quantum life science, and expand beyond them into engineering with a clear awareness of social implementation to make a big change in society. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to educate quantum natives who can utilize quantum science and technology and to provide appropriate career path support that enables the rapid social implementation. The Quantum Science and Technology Fellowship is designed to develop human resources to solve sustainable development goals (SDGs) and global commons by developing a research and education program that gives a broad overview from quantum science to quantum technology and by providing a career path support program.
