A Note From Coach Hilary Meadors

My name is Hilary Meadors and I am excited to start my fourth year with the Pink LAMP team and share my passion for fitness and nutrition. I was born and raised in Ohio and moved to the Dallas area in 1995. I graduated from Miami University of Ohio and joined the corporate world for several years before becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist with Camp Gladiator. 

I have three boys who I absolutely adore. Elgin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently working at JP Morgan Chase, Trysten graduated from the University of Arkansas and is employed with the Dallas Sports Commission and Ramsey will be a Freshman at the University of South Carolina this fall.

Pickle ball and golf take up a lot of my free time! I love watching and playing sports, cooking, reading, enjoying the outdoors and hanging out with friends. I am a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan!!
