My name is Lisa Stokes, and I am so excited about this school year! This is my eighth year at Pink. I've had an amazing opportunity to teach all grade levels in elementary . This is my 19th year in education, and I have a passion learning. As a teacher, I want to make learning come alive for my students. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and a lover of books, all genres but especially Thrillers and Suspense.
My undergraduate degree is from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. I received my master's degree in educational leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
In my free time, you can find me reading a good book and enjoying a cup of coffee. I feel blessed to be at Pink and cannot wait to get to know my students by name and need. It's going to be a "Din-o-mite" year!
