My photographic work blends precise documentation and storytelling to deliver competent, high-impact feedback to businesses through Google Maps - empowering owners to refine their offerings based on real-world visuals of products, architecture, nature, and user experiences. By capturing light, atmosphere, spatial flow, and overlooked details in strong compositions, images I share reveal opportunities for improvement in accessibility, quality of life, and customer appeal, sparking essential dialogue for real estate developers, educators, and stakeholders to enhance spaces for work, learning, play, and living. Beyond aesthetics, my photos serve as practical tools for businesses to visualize and elevate their products and environments - fostering confidence, connection, and innovation.
During several leadership development workshops at Swiss Re, I had the great privilege to help strengthen competencies of Swiss Re leaders by asking questions and offering targeted feedback. These sessions represented a meaningful intersection between my coaching skills and organizational learning. What stood out to me was Swiss Re’s openness to inviting external contributors into their leadership development process. For such a large, established company, it was, to me, a relatively uncommon as well as forward-thinking approach. I deeply appreciate this initiative by Swiss Re. It demonstrated genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn, qualities that I strive to give rise to in my own coaching practice. Equally inspiring was the inclusion of younger people, whose perspectives brought freshness and diversity of thought to the workshops. I experienced that this mix created an engaging learning environment where everyone could contribute and grow together. The leadership development workshops at Swiss Re were carefully designed and professionally moderated. This allowed participants to focus on reflection and skill development. I felt both valued and appreciated for contributions I provided, which reinforced my belief in the power of dialogue to foster leadership growth. I also remember the informal conversations after each session - sharing ideas and reflections over a cup of coffee. These informal chat often led to deeper connections and new perspectives. The experiences I made during this wonderful Swiss Re initiative strengthened my conviction that effective leadership development thrives on openness, trust, and reflective dialogue.
