Q: What are transcripts and how would I use them?
A: Transcripts are a historical documentation of all grades earned at the high school level. Students typically use transcripts for:
College/University applications
Scholarships
Proof of graduation for a job
Verification of grades for insurance purposes
Q: How do I request a copy of my transcript?
A: If you are a CURRENT student
Records Request Form
Parents of 12th graders electronically sign the permission to release records through the online registration process in August. (starting in the 2023-2024 school year)
Seniors electronically sign the permission to release records on their PowerSchool account, under 'Student Reports.'
**Seniors, if this report is missing from your account, your parent needs to complete the registration process.
Fill out a Transcript Request Form found in the Pupil Services office or print off the PDF form below. (1 form for each college/university to which you plan on sending a transcript)
A: If you have GRADUATED
Give the FAHS Pupil Services Office a call. We will guide you through the process and send your transcript to the needed destination.
