WI Wayfinder supports families of children with delays, disabilities, special health care needs, and mental health conditions. They provide resources to assist families on their journey.
Services are free and confidential.
Fort Healthcare provides a PDF guide of mental health and substance abuse resources in the surrounding Dodge & Jefferson counties.
