Hi everyone! I can’t believe it is already almost summer. It seems like just yesterday we were welcoming our 6th graders into the building! Your child is excited to sleep in and have fewer responsibilities. I wonder how long it will take them to utter the phrase, “I’m bored.” Consider creating a “Summer Bucket List.” You can make a chart together filled with fun activities that they can complete over the summer months. You could include swim in a pool, go bowling, read a book, go on a hike, make root beer floats, play mini golf, grow a garden, bake cookies, create a music video, catch fireflies.... You get the idea! We hope you have a wonderful summer, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall! It has truly been the biggest privilege getting to know your students this year.
