In the Fort McMurray Public School Division our schools are creating Gathering Spaces for our students, families and staff where they can feel comfortable, safe and acknowledged. Students, staff and community members can use this space to deepen their Indigenous knowledge, history and traditions. Furthermore, it is a space where students can have a comfortable atmosphere to work on their academics, build relationships and celebrate.
