Physical

    -Be sure to go to the school website and complete the athletic clearance forms.  Follow the directions accordingly.  The main component is a physical all Band and Color Guard members, NJROTC, Athletes, Cheerleaders, etc. must complete before participating in these various activities.  Physicals must be done after May 1, 2023

-Go to Athletic Clearance 

    -Print the required paperwork before you see your doctor
