Required Courses to Graduate

What Courses Do I Need to Graduate

Each student (with the assistance of their parents, our counselors and faculty) will choose courses that prepare them for post-graduation opportunities.  All students currently must fulfill the minimum requirements.

Future-Ready Core Graduation Requirements: All students must fulfill these requirements to graduate. 

UNC Admission Requirements: All 4-year college bound students must also have two (2) elective credits from core subjects or from the same world language for UNC admission requirements.

It is recommended that all college bound students develop their four-year plan to complete a math course, a science course and a foreign language course in the 12th grade to be fully prepared for college placement tests.  For further information concerning the specific requirements of an individual school, see your school counselor.
