Idea 1: Create a slideshow of information to present to the class - learning goals, morning assignments, etc.
Idea 2: Create a fillable graphic organizer for students to follow along with lessons.
PowerPoint is a user friendly tool that allows a person to create nearly anything they want. Not only can teachers make slides for presentations but by changing the slide size to letter paper, handouts are easy to create. Teachers can make assessments specific to student learning goals by simply adding the target with text boxes and inputting questions. PowerPoint offers a wide range of teaching tools.

I created a handout for an award to give students after completing their homework. I would use this as a motivator for students to finish their expected work. I would sign and date the award for them to keep and share with their families.
To create a handout, open PowerPoint and change the slide size (in design) to letter paper (8.5x11in). Then add text with the preferred font and pictures. Export the document as a PDF.
