The Franklin & Marshall women's basketball team (13-6, 4-4 CC) looks to add onto its two-game winning streak as it faces two Centennial Conference (CC) opponents this week. The Diplomats host Washington College (11-6, 4-3 CC) on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., before hitting the road to square off with McDaniel (12-5, 3-3 CC) on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
Last Week
The Diplomats bounced back in a big way last week with wins over Ursinus and Dickinson.
In F&M's 77-69 win over the Bears, the game came down to the final quarter after several lead chances throughout the contest. UC got within two halfway through the fourth quarter when F&M began a 10-4 run to close out the victory. Lizzie Neville led the game with a career-high 27 points and four steals in the win. Kennedy Wilburn also tallied a new career-high in points with 20, while also recording eight rebounds and two steals in the contest. Franklin & Marshall returned to the Mayser Center last Saturday, defeating Dickinson, 57-50. The Diplomats shot 34.8 percent (8-of-23) from the field in the second half en route to outscoring the Red Devils, 34-23, in the final 20 minutes of play. Neville once again led the Diplomats in points with 14, while swiping three steals. Wilburn recorded 12 points and 12 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season. Ally Trebelev ended her night with 11 points, while Molly Flanagan grabbed a career-high nine rebounds in the win. Read the full recap here.

The Shorewomen defeated the Diplomats, 58-51, in F&M's final game of the 2023-24 season. Jaclyn Feit '24 celebrated her Senior Day with team-leading 11 points and one block in the game. Last Time vs. McDaniel
Franklin & Marshall came out on top of a 62-57 win over McDaniel in front of the home crowd earlier this month. F&M held the lead for the majority of the game, but the Green Terror stayed within striking distance the entire way. McDaniel cut the F&M lead to one with second remaining in regulation, but the Diplomats sank four free throws down the stretch to secure the win. As a team, Franklin & Marshall shot 41.7 percent (20-for-48) from the field and 82.6 percent (19-for-23) from the free throw line in the win. The Shorewomen bring a five-game winning streak into Wednesday night's contest against the Diplomats, with their most recent win coming against Haverford, 65-61, on Saturday. Kaitlyn Boggs leads Washington College in scoring as she averages 13.3 points per game and a 49.4 field goal percentage.
