The Franklin & Marshall women's basketball team (7-2, 1-1 CC) heads to Nashville, Tennessee to compete in the Music City Classic. F&M plays Lynchburg (4-4, 2-1 ODAC) on Thursday at 6:00 p.m., before wrapping up the tournament on Friday against Babson (4-3, 0-0 NEWMAC) at 2:00 p.m.

F&M began its Centennial Conference (CC) slate with two games at the beginning of December.
The Diplomats earned a win in its first CC game of the 2024-25 campaign, 63-57, over Swarthmore. F&M stormed back from a 12-point deficit, shooting 37.1 percent from the field in the game. Ally Trebelev led the Diplomats in scoring with 14 points, while also grabbing five rebounds. Kennedy Wilburn earned her 13th-career double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Lizzie Neville claimed her first-career double-double with 10 points and 10 assists in the contest. Lauren Rusas tallied 11 points, while Kayla McCrea closely followed with 10 points on the night. Franklin & Marshall was defeated at home, 70-51, by then-ranked No. 12 Gettysburg. The Bullets jumped out to an early lead and never looked back as it held F&M to 30.8 percent from the field. Three Diplomats finished the game with double-digit scoring figures, led by Wilburn with 13 points. F&M was defeated by Lynchburg, 72-52, in its last meeting during the 2017-18 season. Competing in the Susan Dunagan Holiday Classic in Roanoke, Virginia, the Hornets jumped out to an early lead by starting the game on a 10-0 run. F&M cut the deficit to single-digits in the second quarter, making the score 24-16 with 8:11 remaining in the half.
