WPAFB Educational Fund
The Wright-Patterson AFB Educational Fund was established in 1985 by Col. Nathan R. Rosengarten, USAF Retired, and his wife, Irma, to reward academic excellence of the children and grandchildren of current WPAFB military and civilian personnel. The Fund has been approved as a tax exempt.

The Herbert Lehman Education Fund is a national, highly competitive scholarship that makes annual awards to qualified, outstanding undergraduate and law school students. The scholarship, established in 1964, is named after the former Governor and United States Senator from New York in recognition of his integrity, courage, and persistence on behalf of numerous civil rights causes.

Vicki Soto Memorial Scholarship
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a degree in education at an accredited institution and exhibit outstanding performance in academics, extracurricular activities, and leadership. Beyond their achievements, recipients are expected to embody the values of living life to the fullest, laughter, and a genuine love for education—principles that Vicki Soto embraced and that continue to inspire future generations of educators.
