Mindfulness

Mindfulness is “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally.” When your brain is a calm, your being kind, present, and practicing a health coping skills you're being mindful! by practicing a mindfulness exercises 3 times a day for 30 days you can build neuropathways that make emotional regulation faster, easier, and more effective. Scheduling these into your day is the best!  I really recommend gratitude journals and going on a walk as mindfulness exercises.
