The trips are organised by teachers. So please make sure you do your bookings etc. before filling in the forms. Don't forget to check the school calendar before!

An automated email will be sent to reception. You will receive offers as soon as reception fills in the third quote. You can then fill in your preferred choice. When you do, reception will be notified and book your transport. Don't hesitate to communicate with the reception team in person if it takes longer than you think!

Fill in the trip organisation request form. When you fill it in, Lynn will have to approve the trip. Once this has been approved, you will receive an email and you can move on to the next step.
As always with automated systems, please don't hesitate to contact people in person to verify progress.
Step 3: Please make sure to create a tag group with the name of the trip and date in schoolbase and to share the tag group (or list of children, whatever you find easier) with Sophie Huyghues Despointes, reception and Nicola.
Step 4: Send the consent form to parents: Make a copy of the template, which can be found in the "all-staff drive- school trips", and adapt it as required (or click on File - Make a copy). To share with parents, click on "send" and the link symbol to get a link you can email to parents.
