If you are having trouble with the facility, technology or ESCworks, you will need to submit a request for help. Click HERE to access the Help Desk Ticket App and then sign in with Google!
Passwords must be changed every 90 days! Below is a document explaining how to change your password on and off-site!
All consultants need to have VPN installed on their computer. If you do not have this, please put in a technology request to have it installed!
In an attempt to streamline a process for requesting a graphic, flyer, or video from Matt and Haley we are asking that you follow the procedure outlined below.
If you want to request a graphic, flyer, or video please send your supervisor an email with details on what you are needing and a deadline.
Please submit these at least 3 weeks prior to the deadline that you are needing them by.
Your supervisor will then submit it to Matt or Haley and CC you in the email.
Once you receive the graphic, flyer, or video please approve it with your supervisor.
Graphics and videos will just need to be emailed.
