Evaluations will be housed online utilizing the TX-Grow system on the TXCSP page.
Evaluations are moving to a coaching model.
Part of the evaluation will align with the new Region 16 Vision, Mission, Call to Action, and Belief statements.
Smart Goals will be written and measured to grow each employee.
Supervisors will meet with each employee at periodic times within the year to discuss progress on goals.
