When signing in on a Region 16 provided computer, you will be required to do a multi-factor authentification.
The multi-factor authentification utilized by Region 16 Head Start is Duo. Upon logging in, a request will be sent to your phone from Duo. You must accept the request on your phone.
Steps to get set up:
Go to your app store and download the Duo App.
On your computer, go to Chrome and go to your email.
Attempt to log in. Your username is firstname.lastname@esc16.net
You will be given a temporary password from the technology department.
Once logged in, the Duo will send a request.
Accept the request to gain access to your computer.
