Weekly Reflection
This week we have been learning...

A: We were making a van.
We are very creative and imaginative when using construction materials in our class. We have been working on our teamwork, problem solving and communication skills to cooperate during and after the build.
It's a castle for the little teddies.
R: Me and M were making a dinosaur zoo.
R: We were making a den.
For our indoor P.E. we have been developing our gymnastics skills - learning to use equipment safely and move our bodies in different ways. We have been practising gymnastic shapes for balances and jumps.
This month, as a school we have been learning about Scotland. For our Scottish Showcase we have been learning a Scottish song and creating Scottish artwork. We hope you can come on Friday 31st to enjoy the show!
We have been busy working on lots of different skills - creative thinking, problem solving, reading, writing, teamwork, communication... Every day reflect upon the skills we have been developing!
Outdoor Numeracy
We worked with a partner to each collect some objects outdoors. We worked together to calculate how many we had altogether, and wrote the calculation with chalk.
Lottie: Me and Finn were trying to do 6 plus 7.
C: I was trying to find sticks.
O: I was working with I with stones.
L: Me and M did 3 plus 3.
M: 6!
A: Me and O were calculating stones.
F: I did pine cones, 11 plus 5.
Z: It was 16!
