School Improvement Plan
In Carlibar we have established a culture of self-evaluation and as a team we are continually seeking ways in which we can improve the service that we provide. We seek parents’ views through formal questionnaires and informally at a wide range of school events that parents are involved in. We also have comment boxes available which can be used to give us feedback.
Our Primary School evaluation of last session can be found here: Standards and Quality Report 2024 -2025
Each year a school improvement plan is written that guides developments over the course of the session. Our School Improvement Plan reflects East Renfrewshire’s Local Improvement Plan Priorities. You can find the plan here: School Improvement Plan 2025 2026
The Primary School also benefits for additional support through the Pupil Equity Fund. During a recent survey of parents at our last parents appointments, you are keen that we use this money to employ more teachers and staff to support the children in our care. You can find the report for last session here: PEF Report 2024 - 2025 and the plan for this session here: PEF Action Plan 2025 - 2026
We welcome any thoughts, comments and feedback on any of the above.
